The question book Studies
What does the study actually tell us?
Before circling a result, check what was tested and how it was used. The small words in a study can change the whole answer.
What do studies of people and cells tell us?
ClinicalTrials.gov is a US study list that includes planned, ongoing and finished studies.
Its September 30, 2026 search results contained no test of GHK-Cu shots in people.
That search cannot tell us about research that was not listed there. [a]
Why do skin-care results keep coming up?
A review published in 2026 found few studies in people, and most trials were small tests of face creams.
Cream findings cannot establish that an injection helps people. [b]
What did a small human study find?
In Miller’s 2006 study, 13 people used skin-care routines after laser treatment, with or without GHK-Cu.
Measurements showed no clear difference in redness, wrinkles or overall skin quality between the groups.
People who used GHK-Cu did report greater satisfaction.
This small study of laser-treated skin does not answer the injection question. [c]
Where did the interest begin?
In dishes in a laboratory, GHK-Cu increased collagen production in skin cells.
Skin gets some of its strength from a protein called collagen.
Results in cells do not show what a shot would do in a person. [d]
